* General Maintenance Assistant *

Male; College or Vocational graduate; With at least 2 years solid experience as General Maintenance Assistant in a hotel industry or related business; Must be well-rounded in any other skilled jobs; Has good understanding of all phases of work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sound system and airconditioning; Ability to read technical manuals and drawings; Must have above average troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills; Mature thinking, safety and detail-oriented, responsible; Can work on extended hours; Can work on minimum supervision.
