* Data Entry Operator *

High School graduate / College level / College graduate; Computer literate; Can operate Windows program; Keyboarding skills of 50 words or more per minute; Can render overtime and cancelled offs; Able to process data with the required speed and accuracy in order to meet the project demands; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data; Full time career.

* Call Center Representative *

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required; Call center experience as plus; Fluent in English language; Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication; Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections; Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with business customers over the phone; Willing to work on the U.S. schedule; Persuasive communication skills necessary essential information, answer questions, and direct callers to appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around complex, multiple assignments; Intermediate knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software; Intermediate knowledge of corporate accounting principles related to accounts receivables and collections; Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using computer (i.e. keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine; Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping; May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.

* HR Analyst *

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent; At least two(2) years work experience in the related field is required for this position; Good Communication skills to deal with people internal to the company; Can work with minimum supervision; Computer literate.

* Aircon Technician *

Preferably Male; Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate; At least 2 years work experience in the related field is required for this position; Excellent and highly quality experienced; Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons and Cooling, Heating systems; Must have knowledge in troubleshooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have wide knowledge in backage and Split type for installation of Air-cons and Coolers; Know how to changes spare parts; Must have good communication skills.
