* F & B Manager *

Male / Female; Minimum of 2 years experience as F & B Manager; Manages day to day operation of F & B; Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products; Must have typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel and Outlook, Stock control System, POS System; Strong organizational skills; Ability to work with flexible work schedule; Team player and a dynamic leader; Highly motivated and able to motivate others; Trains, evaluates and schedules team members to include, order takers, servers, banquet servers and mini bar attendants; Must be able to check cost control reports; Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively; Must be considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employee; Must have a good self-images and be able to command the respect of the employees; Must be able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times; Must handle guest complaints according to Hotel's policies and procedures; Possess the highest work ethics, personal morals and honesty beyond reproach..

* Kitchen Manager *

Male / Female; HRM / Culinary graduate or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years work experience as Kitchen Manager or as a Kitchen Supervisor; Must be physically and mentally fit; Must have typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel and POS System; Full supervision of kitchen brigade and in-charge of the full kitchen operations; With experience in doing kitchen work such as scheduling, ordering, planning, inventory, etc.; Ensures high food standards prescribed by the company is strictly implemented; Manage kitchen operations including training of staff; Maintain food cost; Perform line check before the service starts; Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; Ability to multi-task; Must have good communication and ability to promotes sales; Must be skilled in time management; Must have teaching and motivational skills; Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the Guest and exceed their expectations; Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the Guest.

* Dining Manager *

* Front Office Assistant Supervisor *

Male / Female; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4 year course; At least 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel or resort; Excellent communication, administrative, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle multiple task as assigned by superior; Willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in proper credit, check-cashing and cash-handling policies and procedures; Ability to use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel; Knowledge in proper telephone etiquette; Knowledge in proper mail, package and department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Pastry Chef *

Male / Female; With good moral character; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in menu planning, preparation, menu engineering, food costing, baking and food quality presentation; Well verse in establishing size of food portion; Exceptional understanding of preparing food for baking; Highly experienced in performing food quality inspection to ensure quality standard; At least two(2) years’ work experience in relate field.

* Cook *

Male / Female; With good moral character; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in menu planning, preparation, menu engineering, food costing, baking and food quality presentation; Well verse in establishing size of food portion; Exceptional understanding of preparing food for baking; Highly experienced in performing food quality inspection to ensure quality standard; At least two(2) years’ work experience in relate field.
