* Bilingual Spanish Call Center Agent *
* Bilingual French Call Center Agent *

At least 2 years in College; 1-2 years previous customer service call center or customer-facing experience desired; Must be fluent in English and Spanish or French; Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish or English and French clearly, professionally and fluently; Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task; Professional and enthusiastic, with a pleasant telephone manner; Effective active listening skills required with ability to probe to ensure appropriate resolution; Strong communication, organization and time management skills.

* English Speaking Customer Service Representative *

At least 2 years in College; Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus but with previous work experience are welcome to apply; Must be fluent in English and with good writing skills; Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively; Professional and enthusiastic, with a pleasant telephone manner; Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening; Willing to work immediately and work on night shift, including weekends and holidays.
