* Senior I.T. Technician *

Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related courses; With extensive knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and network structures; Must be familiar with security issues and protection, and have the ability to reduce server security risks to keep data safe and secure; Must have administrative skills to supervise, provide advice and help IT Staff to connect to server whenever help is needed; With over 5 years of experience working in an IT department, performing Voice Over IP and maintaining windows server, security and server activity; Must have the ability to backup server data, as well as to design and implement system structures that meet the needs of the company; With experience as an IT Technician in a multi-national manufacturing industry; Must be willing to make great efforts for perfection and to cope with different tasks at once; Must be hardworking, detail-oriented, thorough, self-motivated and adaptive to new business environment; Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills; Must be excellent in English, both verbal and written.

* Facility Maintenance Manager *

Must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; With at least 10 year(s) of solid working experience in building and facilities management, 2 of which must be in a supervisory or managerial position; Must be adept in all aspects of facilities management, including safety and security, as well as maintenance of electrical and mechanical facilities; Must be knowledgeable of tools and equipment used to perform assigned tasks; Preferably with specialized training in the motors, chillers and generator; Experienced in facilities renovation and very good in project management; Must be flexible, dependable and resourceful (does not mind getting his hands “dirty”); Has high level of integrity; Must be a non-smoker; Must be physically fit.
