* Production Supervisor *

Male/Female; Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2-3 years of solid supervisory experience in the related field, preferably in manufacturing environment; Must have manpower handling and management skills; Must be knowledgeable in report making; With good communication skills; Proficient in computer applications; Can work under pressure.

* Engineers *

(ASSIGNMENT: Parts Manufacturing Division)

Male/Female; Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial, Electronics, Computer Engineering or tis equivalent; Experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry is an advantage; With experience in customer service is an advantage; Excellent in both oral and written communications; Must be proficient in computer applications; Hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Can work under pressure.

(ASSIGNMENT: Production Engineering Division)

Male/Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; Must be knowledgeable in PLC programming and its pre-requisites; Must be able to interpret technical drawings and systematic diagrams in electronics, electrical and electro-pneumatic works; Must be proficient in designing using AutoCAD and other computer applications; With experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry is an advantage; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Must be capable to handling work pressures.

* Production Leader *

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year Business or Computer course; With at least 6 months experience as Production Leader in a manufacturing company; Must be knowledgeable in computer applications; Excellent in both oral and written communications; Can work under pressure.

* Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor *

Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial, Electronics, Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 1 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry; Experience in customer service is an advantage; Excellent in both oral and written communications; Must be proficient in computer applications; Hardworking, and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Can work under pressure.

* M.I.S Staff *

Male; Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent; At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Must have a strong background in software requirements and business analysis, ERP system for manufacturing environment and payroll system; Must be proficient in database, programming skills (web, visual basic, java scripting, PHP); With knowledge in ISO documentation is an advantage; Has excellent communication and interrelationship skills.

* Quality Control Supervisor *

Male / Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of quality assurance and customer service experience; With background in SPC; Must be knowledgeable in computer programs/applications; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be capable of handling work pressures.
* Design Supervisor *

Male/Female; Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2-3 years experience in designing; Must be knowledgeable in PLC programming and its pre-requisites; Can interpret technical drawings and systematic diagrams in electronics, electrical and electro-pneumatic works; Must be proficient in designing using AUTOCAD and other computer applications; Experience in a Manufacturing / Service / Industrial or Electronics Industry is also an advantage; Must be hardworking and goal oriented; Can work long hours and shifting schedule; Can work under pressure.

* HR Recruitment Staff *

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science or any related course; At least 1 – years experience in HRD specializing in Recruitment is required for this position; Proven recruiting experience; Solid ability to conduct different types of interview; Hands on experience with various selection processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong decision making skills.
