Basic Salary: PhP 18,427.00
Position level: 2nd
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)

 Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in the evaluation and review of environmental permits and clearances as well as adequate knowledge of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) System;
 Preferably with knowledge in reviewing potential investment proposals and expansion projects of SBMA locators;
 Preferably with experience in environmental monitoring based in relevant laws, rules and regulations;
 Preferably with knowledge of DENR laws and regulations pertaining to environmental protection and conservation;
 Ability to interpret, and make decisions pertaining to laws, ordinances, regulations, legislations and policies;
 Computer literate and must be able to communicate concisely and effectively both orally and writing; and
 Willing to perform field work under changing weather conditions.

Notes:
For plantilla personnel of SBMA and those from government agencies: Must have at least a Very Satisfactory (VS) rating at the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Form for 2014 and 2015.
For individuals under Contract of Services (CS): Must have at least VS PES rating for the periods of April to June 2015 and July to September 2015.
For external applicants: PES and IPCR ratings are not required.
Qualified and interested applicants are requested to submit the following to the SBMA Human Resource Management Department not later than 5:00 P.M. of the closing date:
 Application Letter addressed to the Chairperson of the Personnel Selection Board – First and Second Level Positions (Rank and File);
 Comprehensive and updated resume for external applicants and Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212) for SBMA personnel and those from other government agencies, indicating Educational Attainment, Work Experience, and Trainings attended for the past ten (10) years (with inclusive dates) reckoned on the last day of submission of application;
 Photocopy of school Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
 Photocopy of Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis).
SBMA personnel need not submit current Certificate of Employment;
 Photocopy of Relevant Training Certificates; and
 Proof of requisite Eligibility/valid License.
Additional requirements for SBMA Personnel:
 Fully accomplished In-House Application Form; and
 Photocopy of Office Order or Memorandum on relevant experience with specific duties and responsibilities.
Additional requirement for Personnel from other government agencies:
 Clearance from government employer/s
