Male/Female; Must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Engineering/ Business or other relevant disciplines; With at least 2 years of technical support experience; With experience as System Administrator/ Network Engineer or IT Helpdesk is desirable; Must possess the following certifications: CCNA, MCP, MCSA; Has broad working knowledge of telecom and telemarketing practices and operations and demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of skills set utilized within Ellick BPO Solutions, Inc.; Must have strong conversational English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required: a] Must develop and display good decision making skills as it relates to thinking on one’s feet; b] A deep understanding of the following terms: IP address, MAC address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, NAT, DHCP; c] Understands Cisco related knowledge: static route, switching, VLAN; d] Advanced knowledge of email system: Pop, SMTP, IMAP; e] Advanced knowledge of security: ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port forwarding, Proxy; f] Modem/router provision knowledge; g] Knowledge of PBX, Linux System and VI.
