Established by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) jointly with the 
Philippine Broadcasting Service-Bureau of Broadcast Services (PBS-BBS), 
89.5 FM Subic Bay Radio aims to serve as a medium to promote Subic Bay Freeport Zone as an investment and tourism haven and at the same time, 
provide radio services for the Subic Bay Freeport community and its contiguous areas consisting of Olongapo City and the provinces of Bataan and Zambales.

89.5 FM Subic Bay Radio is on-air 24 hours a day.
Its programming is oriented towards targeting A-B listeners and aspiring A-B class listeners mainly composed of the Subic Bay business community, Subic Bay residents and tourists coming into the Freeport; as well as the general public.
