SBMA and Ayala Malls mark Labor Day

Subic Bay Freeport, 04/30/2012 – The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and Ayala Malls will join hands tomorrow in celebrating Labor Day in this premier free port and favorite tourist destination.

Starting off the Labor Day celebration in the Freeport will be a Thanksgiving and Eucharistic Mass at 9:00 am to be officiated by Fr. Jerry Orbos, SVD, at Harbor Point, the newest shopping center here and Ayala Malls' latest addition.

Following the mass will be a job fair dubbed as "Alay ng SBMA at Ayala Malls sa Araw ng Paggawa", to service Freeport locators with hiring requirements.

The job fair will be managed by the SBMA's Labor Department and will be conducted in Harbor Point's activity center in the morning. In the afternoon, job-seekers will have to proceed to the second floor of the mall, as games and talent competitions will be held in the same activity center.

In the meantime, registration for a fun run with separate categories for kids and adults starts at Harbor Point's Promenade area at 6:00 am.
