The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) requires the following documents 48 hours prior to a vessel's arrival:
- Entry/Exit Clearances and Port
- Ship/Vessel Registry
- International Load Line Certificate
- Safety Equipment Certificate
- Radio Telegraphy Certificate
- P & I Coverage Certificate
- Inward/Outward Manifest
- Crew List
- Marpol/IOPP Certificate
For Tankers only - owner and/or masters should fax the above documents to the agent in Manila, minimum of 48 hours prior to a vessel's arrival at Subic Bay.
